چکیده
Respiratory tract infections are one of the most important among military personals, worldwide. The present study aimed to survey prevalence bacterial and viral main etiological agents causing respiratory personnel in Iran. A cross-sectional was performed from November 2020 March 2021. Nasopharyngeal swabs were taken patients, with infection symptoms. Detection coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) step qRT-PCR method. TaqMan probe-based real-time PCR assay used for detection influenza B viruses. adenovirus Mycoplasma pneumoniae determined using nested PCR. Moreover, Bordetella pertussis Streptococcus pyogenes identified by conventional assay. Haemophilus influenzae multiplex Overall, 145 patients included. Among pathogens, COVID-19, virus, 85.5%, 4.1%, 1.4% respectively. Influenza virus not detected personnel. frequency bacteria as follows: S. (2%), M. (0.7%), H. (0%), B. (0%). Muscle aches (75.9%), headache (70.3%), lethargy (69%), cough (66.2%), stuffy nose (56.6%), fever (53.8%), sore throat (53.1%) common clinical Results showed that personals susceptible group COVID-19 infection. Therefore, accurate implementation control strategies such vaccination necessary.
